  • How much is shipping?

    • Shipping is free, always.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    • Yes, we ship internationally.

    • International shipments may encounter customs duty fees when they enter the destination country. Local customs inspect packages randomly during clearance, and only those that are selected may require tariffs. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations of the country being shipped to.  There are different import procedures determined by the customs laws in the destination country. The customer will be responsible for any customs duty fees if applicable.

  • How long does it take for orders to ship?

    • Every piece is made to order and usually produced within 7-10 business days of purchase.

    • After production is completed orders will ship and should arrive within 7-10 business days. 

    • If you have not received a shipping email after 2 weeks please contact us.

    • Some items may ship separately, you will receive tracking for each shipment.

  • Can I return my purchase?

    • We will only consider returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

    • ​Make sure you check out our sizing guides in the product descriptions to make sure the product you're ordering will fit.

  • What do I do if I submitted my order with an incorrect address?

    • We may be able to adjust and correct the mistake if you reach out to us within 24 hours of submitting your order. Please contact us immediately if any mistakes were made when submitting the order.​

  • What happens if my package says it was delivered but hasn't arrived?

    • Contact us confirming that the address provided with your order is correct. If the package was unable to be delivered due to the incorrect address being provided when the order was placed (customer error) then we will charge a 30% fee of the total order to reproduce and reship your order

  • Why did my order come without a neck label tag?

    • Our factory is currently transitioning and upgrading their facilities. Interim orders may arrive without neck labels. We are working with our factory partners to add neck tags to production styles as soon as their systems are updated within the next couple months. We did not want to delay our latest release and opted for some orders to go out without neck labels as a result. We ask your patience until the transition completes.
